• Changed your mind? The product is unsuitable or not as Expected? Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on our adult products, unless faulty.
• We offer a 90 day warranty on all of our products and will accept returns on sealed products.

• Our products unfortunately are not 100% waterproof but are in-fact splash proof! This just means they are not to be submerged in water.
• Always wipe your product down with warm water or use toy cleaner thoroughly after each use. (never use cleaners containing alcohol, petrol or acetone)
• Please avoid getting any moisture near the charging port, if moisture gets inside this part of the unit it will damage the device and void any warranty.
• Please store your product in a cool and dry place. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight and extreme heat.

• Charging our products is really simple, plug in the end of the supplied charging chord to a 5v USB adapter then stick the magnetic charging end to the toy.
• All our products need to be left on charge for 150 minutes before first use.

Disposal of old electronic equipment (applicable in Australia and other European Countries with separate waste collection systems). The crossed-out dustbin symbol indicates that this pleasure object should not be treated as household waste, but rather be brought to the appropriate collection point for recycling of electronical goods.
